DENMARK: Payment Scheme specification

The salary requirement of DKK 408.800 can only consist of basic salary, pension contributions and paid holiday allowance, must be met every year and can only be paid out to a Danish bank account.

Paid housing and living expenses, per diems, transportation allowance, phones, internet and other services cannot be included in the basic salary.

How does this affect the client?

When using the Pay Limit Scheme even for short terms stays, the employee will need a Danish CPR number and bank account, which also has tax applications.
