UNITED KINGDOM:  Changes for submitting Tier 2 and Tier 4 Visa Applications in India

Beginning 7th August 2017 UK Visas and Immigration announced changes to the way visa applications are made under Tier 2 and Tier 4 (including dependents) of the points-based system from within India.

All visa applications in the country will be required to submit all original documentation, together with their passport, in support of their application.  The Visa Applcation Centre will no longer scan documents and return them at the end of the applicants appointment.

Going forward all original documents will need to be submitted with the visa application. The UK Visas and Immigration authorities will return all documents including passports  once a decision on the application has been made.
