UNITED KINGDOM: Immigration fees changes

Effective 6 April 2017, UK Visa and Immigration (UKVI) published new fees for immigration and nationality applications. There are increases to fees across a number of immigration categories.

The most significant increase relates to the application for Indefinite Leave to Remain, or Settlement, made from within the UK. The charge for an application of this type is increased by £422 to £2297.

Applications for leave to enter or remain under Tier 2 of the points-based system, in both the General and Intra-Company Transfer sub-categories, will increase by a maximum of £25.

All premium services (excluding sponsorship premium services) are to increase by up to 23%.
