To provide peace of mind to the employee on assignment, we manage the vacated home throughout the period of assignment. This involves looking after the employee’s interests when the property is let out and also during periods when it may lie vacant.

- Negotiating terms of lease and renewals
- Monitoring rental payments and accounting records
- Arranging property maintenance
